For over 32 years, McTish, Kunkel & Associates has provided Professional Consulting, Engineering, Environmental and Construction Management Services to a wide range of clients including PennDOT, municipal governments, airports, railroads, public and private agencies, residential and commercial developers, and the construction industry. We are able to provide services throughout Pennsylvania from our offices in Allentown, Pittsburgh and Montoursville. With over 85 professional civil, structural and transportation engineers, designers, environmental scientists, planners, land surveyors, construction managers and building code officials, MKA utilizes state-of-the-art computer aided design technology for the planning, design and construction management of all projects.

President
Matt oversees all design services for MKA and has more than 24 years of experience in the planning, design and administration of transportation and infrastructure projects. He has been with MKA for more than 14 years.

Dave oversees all construction services for MKA and has more than 22 years of experience in construction management and inspection of transportation and infrastructure projects. He has been with MKA for 22 years.

John J. (Jack) Porter
Regional Manager for Western Pennsylvania
Jack manages all projects conducted at our Pittsburgh area office and has more than 35 years of experience in the planning, design and administration of transportation and construction projects. He spent 33 years with PENNDOT District 5-0 and has been with MKA for 2 years.

Regional Manager for Central Pennsylvania
John manages all projects conducted at our Montoursville office and has more than 36 years in the planning, design, construction management and maintenance of transportation and infrastructure projects. He spent 30 years with PENNDOT District 3-0 and has been with MKA for 6 years.
